Another mermaid splash for you. I am getting several sites off the ground that will feature pictures of my mermaid reproductions from vintage ceramic molds and vintage chalkware molds. I will also be selling actual vintage mermaids, seahorses, and bubbles (when I can find vintage bubbles. I make many differnt styles of mermaids and I also do custom mermaids for my customers. If you see anything at www.mermaidtales.webs.com that you like but perhaps in another color let me know. I can do whatever suits your taste.
I do not, however, sell all of my vintage mermaids. There are some that I just can't bear to part with. I have many brands from Lefton, Ceramicraft, Py, Norcrest, Freeman McFarlin, Ucago, Made in Japan, Enesco, and many others. My favorite mermaids, though, are the Florence girls. They are so beautiful and so expensive.
The mermaids that I create are primarily wall plaques. They are either made of ceramic bisque or chalkware. I do have vintage ceramic molds for some mermaid figurines and mermaid wall pockets. Some of these are reproductions of the actual vintage mermaid, but you can get them more reasonably priced, considering my time and what you want applied to them.
This is all for now. Hope to hear form all mermaid lovers out there.
